Tributyltin (TBT) is widely spread in aquatic ecosystems. Although adverse effects of TBT on reproduction and lipogenesis are observed in fishes, the underlying mechanisms are still scarce and inconclusive. In the present study, we take the advantages of RNA-sequencing technology to identify differentially expressed genes in livers and brains of rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus) after TBT exposure for 60 d.
