Genotypes_Dominican Republic_Reptil

The data file contains genotypes of Cyclura ricordii using 13 nuclear microsatellite loci. Individual sample origin is from the wild. Two Excel sheets are included, one for Adult individuals genotypes from two separate locations (CAB, Cabritos Island; PED, Pedernales Province) in the Dominican Republic. The second sheet contains the genotypes of hatchlings for the same species and markers from two nesting sites in Pedernales Province (TIE, Tierra; and MAL, Malagueta). Individual labels include one decimal place to refer to the origin of hatchlings from the same nest. The data is in Genalex format in Excel which I later use to convert to other formats such as Arlequin and Genepop input files.
