Molecular Plasticity Results in Oncofetal Reprogramming and Therapeutic Vulnerabilities in Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of bone marrow hematopoietic cells from Ptpn11E76K/+ Scl-CreERT mice and Ptpn11+/+ Scl-CreERT controls. Overall design: Bone marrow cells from three hematopoietic compartments (LSK, LK and total hematopoietic cells) were FACS-isolated 18 week after tamoxifen injection. Sequencing libraries were generated using the Single Cell 3' Reagent Kit v2 (10x Genomics) and sequenced using a NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) in PE 26/96 bp mode .
