Poplar litter Raw sequence reads

in this study, we selected Populus as the research object and collected litter samples from a poplar plantation located in Jiangsu province, China. We assess the dynamic characteristic of litter property during decomposition process based on litter bag method. We also explore diversity and composition information of microbial communities using Illumina high-throughput sequencing. In this study, we aim to resolve the following questions: (1) to investigate how fungi and bacteria communities evolves dynamically during the decomposition of polar litter? (2) the difference in how fungi and bacteria communities change during decomposition (3) to test correlation of litter physicochemical properties with succession in fungi and bacteria community?
