This is a comprehensive transcriptome-wide dataset of translation efficiency (TE) measurements across a variety of human and mouse cell types. The dataset was generated by processing and quality-controlling thousands of ribosome profiling and corresponding RNA-sequencing experiments, aimed at studying the rules of translational control in mammalian cells.
