Serum NMR Metabolomics of Short-term Low Energy Availability (LEA) in Trained and Healthy Adults

Serum NMR metabolomics dataset (profiled by Nightingale Health Plc, Helsinki, Finland) to characterize the metabolomic signature of short-term low energy availability (LEA). The matrix comprises 52 samples and 250 biomarkers, spanning lipoprotein subclasses and composition, fatty acids, amino acids, glycolysis-related metabolites, cholesterol/triglyceride panels, and particle sizes. Per-analytem per-sample quality-control tags (e.g., below limit of quantification, technical error, low ethanol) and their definitions are included. No additional normalization or imputation has been applied.
