食品安全一直受到全社会的广泛关注,通过科技创新助力食品安全发展,既符合行业健康可持续发展的内在需求,又遵循国家食品安全战略和健康中国战略的政治要求,还是为了更好的满足人民对美好生活的现实追求。国家“十四五”规划,强调要采取“互联网+”等技术手段加强食品安全管理。 为更好地体现科技在食品安全治理和行业发展中的促进作用,充分发挥食品安全齐抓共促的共治优势,饿了么与中国食品科学技术学会、中国工商出版社、中国商业联合会、中国电信集团等单位,联合发起了“食品安全创新机制”合作,旨在以科技促进食品安全创新、推动食品安全及营养健康相关技术的创新、研发、孵化、应用,助力产学研融合和可持续的行业发展,并依托该合作机制联合发起了助推科技在食品安全领域应用的首个研发赛事——“明厨亮灶AI算法大赛”。该赛事充分体现“科技与食品安全治理有机融合、助力行业高效应用”的特点,通过竞赛选出更优的“互联网+AI视觉算法模型”,对视频监控发现的后厨环境异常、不规范操作行为等进行图像语义动态识别,帮助商户更快发现后厨存在的管理问题,以便查漏补缺,更好的提升自我管理,保障全社会消费者舌尖上的安全。。

Food safety has always received widespread attention across the entire society. Leveraging scientific and technological innovation to advance food safety development not only aligns with the intrinsic demand for the healthy and sustainable development of the food industry, complies with the policy requirements of the national food safety strategy and the Healthy China Initiative, but also better meets the people's practical pursuit of a better life. China's 14th Five-Year Plan emphasizes strengthening food safety management through technical means such as the "Internet Plus" initiative. To better highlight the role of technology in promoting food safety governance and industry development, and give full play to the collaborative advantages of joint efforts for food safety, Ele.me has jointly launched the "Food Safety Innovation Mechanism" cooperation initiative with units including the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, China Industry and Commerce Publishing House, China General Chamber of Commerce, and China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom). The initiative aims to use technology to drive food safety innovation, advance the innovation, R&D, incubation and application of technologies related to food safety and nutritional health, facilitate the integration of industry, academia and research, and support the sustainable development of the food industry. Relying on this cooperation mechanism, the parties also jointly launched the first R&D competition to boost the application of technology in the field of food safety — the "Smart Kitchen AI Algorithm Competition". This competition fully embodies the characteristics of "organic integration of technology and food safety governance, and facilitating efficient industry application". Through the competition, high-performing "Internet Plus" AI visual algorithm models will be selected, which can conduct dynamic image semantic recognition on abnormal back-kitchen environments and non-standard operating behaviors detected via video surveillance. This will help merchants promptly identify management issues in their back kitchens, address gaps and shortcomings, enhance their self-management capabilities, and ensure the food safety of consumers across society, namely safeguarding the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the general public.
