Untargeted metabolomics profiling of erythrocytes and plasma in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

The study was designed to investigate erythrocyte-centered metabolic reprogramming associated with tumor hypoxia adaptation 1.Sample Collection and Processing: This dataset contains untargeted metabolomics data generated from human erythrocytes and plasma obtained from patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and matched healthy controls. 2.
