Transcriptomic profiles of liver tissue from 35-day-old Zaozhuang Heigai and commercial DLY piglets at weaning stage

This project contains liver transcriptomic sequencing data of 35-day-old weaned piglets, including 5 Zaozhuang Heigai (HG, a Chinese local pig breed) and 5 commercial Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire (DLY) piglets with 5 biological replicates per breed, raised under identical rearing conditions. Transcriptomic sequencing was performed on the BGI DNBSEQ-T7 high-throughput sequencing platform. These data aim to investigate breed-specific hepatic molecular responses in piglets during the weaning period, paired with metabolomic profiling data in the associated study (metabolomic data not included in this submission)
