The dataset is a basis for a publication, in preparation to be submitted to a journal. This dataset also serves as a basis for Extraction in nano-layer coated PDMS microfluidics: case study of Ac-225, intended to be a chapter (co-authored) in the dissertation of Albert Santoso and Svenja Trapp. In this dataset, the research objective "Using the AP-ALD-treated PDMS microfluidic chips to explore the use of microfluidic liquid-liquid extraction for the separation of medical radionuclides from their target materials" was addressed. The data were collected using light microscopy for flow profile characterization and various radioactivity measurements (gamma counter, scintillator). The presented data were in the form of origin file containing most of the data (opju) and excel file containing the case studies (xls).

本数据集为一篇拟投稿至期刊的学术论文的基础数据,同时也是《纳米层涂层聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微流控体系中的萃取:以锕-225(Ac-225)为例》的支撑研究数据。该章节为Albert Santoso与Svenja Trapp合著的学位论文中的一章。本数据集围绕以下研究目标展开:采用等离子体增强原子层沉积(AP-ALD)处理的PDMS微流控芯片,探索微流控液液萃取技术用于医用放射性核素与其靶材分离的应用。数据采集环节通过光学显微镜完成流场分布表征,并采用γ计数器、闪烁探测器等多种放射性测量手段完成相关数据获取。本次公开的数据包含两类文件:绝大多数原始数据存储于opju格式文件中,案例研究相关数据则存储于xls格式的Excel文件内。
