Abstract: Hyper-kyphosis is a spinal deformity linked to adverse health outcomes, necessitating accurate radiological assessment. This record contains sample data and metadata for the EOS Kyphosis Dataset, the first open-access collection of biplanar EOS images centered on kyphosis and spinopelvic parameters. The full dataset includes 100 anonymized biplanar EOS images from patients evaluated between 2018 and 2022 at Shafa Yahyaian Hospital, Tehran, Iran. It features manual annotations by expert radiologists, including Cobb angles, lateral pelvic tilt, sagittal vertical axis, and pelvic incidence, provided in DICOM format to support the development of automated measurement algorithms. Data Access Statement: To ensure ethical usage and patient privacy in accordance with institutional guidelines, the full dataset (n=100) is available strictly for non-commercial academic research purposes upon the execution of a Data Use Agreement (DUA). Full Dataset Access: Researchers may request access to the complete dataset by submitting a signed DUA via the official project portal: www.mskdatabase.com Sample Data (Open Access): A fully anonymized sample batch of 5 patients is included in this repository (Sample_Kyphosis_Dataset.zip) to allow researchers to verify file formats (DICOM) and data structure before requesting full access.
