资源简介:
The study is to reveal the microbial community succession characteristics of rhizosphere soil with plant fine root growth. The study site is located at the state-owned gaoqiao forest farm (N 35.53 , E 116.50 ) in ningyang county, shandong province, China. This area belongs to warm temperate continental monsoon climate. The experimental forest was a 10-year stand of poplar (Populus euramericana "Neva") (planting and afforestation in spring 2009). According to root colors, three groups of rhizosphere soils from first-order fine roots of poplar trees (Populus euramericana) were sampled, including rhizosphere soils surrounding new born roots (white color, WR), mature roots (yellow color, YR) and aged roots (brown color, BR). The total microbial DNA was extracted from the soils associated with poplar fine roots. The specific primers were used to amplify the 16S region of the soil bacteria, and the Illumina MiSeq platform was used for high-throughput sequencing analysis.
