National Checklist of all species occurring in Denmark

The aim of this dataset is to present a list of all known taxa native to Denmark supplemented with non-native taxa which have been established at least locally and/or periodically. Furthermore the list contains a number of taxa which are not considered Danish - casual introductions, taxonomic or geographically unresolved species, incorrectly stated taxa etc. This dataset constitutes the taxonomic backbone (Taxonbasen) of the Danish national species registration portal https://arter.dk Taxonbasen is a continuation of Allearter (https://allearter.dk and https://allearter-databasen.dk) which has been a part of DanBIF (https://samlinger.snm.ku.dk/en/digital_collections/danbif-and-gbif/) since 2009 - with checklists being available through GBIF since 2017.
