Genomic epidemiology of Enterobacterales bloodstream infections in young infants - isolates from CHAMPS Ethiopia

To better understand the genomic epidemiology of invasive K. pneumoniae and E. coli infections in young infants in Harar, Ethiopia, to inform future interventions. To address this aim, we sequenced n=539 Enterobacterales isolates from the CHAMPS Ethiopia site, including both postmortem minimally invasive tissue sampling (MITS) and invasive bacterial disease (IBD) surveillance at Hiwot Fana Hospital, Ethiopia.
