A dataset of histopathology images of paratuberculosis disease.

Images of histopathology slides of normal and positive tissues (infected with paratuberculosis). The total number of images is 366 (157 negative + 209 positive). The "ImagesS" folder contains the same images but with a scale bar overlaid on each image to remove any ambiguity about the magnification. The ImagesFullView400x400 contains the full view images used in the research article scaled to 400x400 pixels. The Patches400x400 folder contains 400x400 patches taken from the original high resolution images and rechecked by the annotator to confirm the existence of the diagnosis causes. The Patches800x800 folder contains 800x800 patches taken from the original high resolution images and rechecked by the annotator to confirm the existence of the diagnosis causes. The Patches1200x1200 folder contains 1200x1200 patches taken from the original high resolution images and rechecked by the annotator to confirm the existence of the diagnosis causes.
