Rain Gages

Primarily supports the permanent Combined Sewer Overflow monitoring locations network to determine the beginning and ending of rainfall events and calculate rainfall depth. Also, supports other DWW monitoring programs such as sampling, modeling, and O&M functions. Contains data from UTIL.RAIN_GAGES.
