aPrevalent clones include a total of 70 isolates with the following STs: ST15 (17), ST562 (14), ST23 (12), ST716 (10), ST11 (9), ST147 (8). bAll variables included in the univariate analysis (shown in Table S5) were included in the logistic regression model for multivariate analysis, and they were eliminated using a backward stepwise selection method using a P value threshold of 0.1 for the variables to remain in the model. P values<0.05 were considered to be statistically significant.
