soil metagenome

This study was conducted at the Wulanaodu Station of Desertification Control under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is located in Western Horqin Sandy Land, Northeast China. Soils were sampled in August 2020. the HF, SG, CM, AH, PS, and PSM, repectivelywere selected as first group the experimental site.the designated as MS, CM8, CM20,CM36, NCM, respectively were selected as second group theexperimental sites.The representative Meadow meadows, farmland, woodlands designated asNMG,UF,PP, respectivelywere selected as third group theexperimental sites In each site, three plots at different sand dunes sizeof 30 m 30 m were set up for sampling. In each plot, five plant clumpswere selected, and subsamples at depths of 10 cm were collected using a shovel from four directions 50 cm away from the center of each plant clump.
