Gliomas are a group of malignant tumors originating from glial cells within the brain, encompassing multiple subtypes including astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas, ependymomas and others. This product offers analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell samples. Specifically, DNA analysis covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion detection and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA-seq, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interaction analysis between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis involves cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
