This fileset consists of twelve input data files (IDF) with random thermal transmittance, divided equally into low and high thermal mass, to be run by EnergyPlus software. The single-family buildings were randomly generated using EPSAP algorithm (doi:10.1016/j.autcon.2013.06.005).
