Blood Microbiome Reveals the Impact of Lactobacillus on the Efficacy of Immunotherapy in Gastrointestinal Cancer

We performed 16S rRNA sequencing on blood samples from 104 patients who received either immune-combined chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone, both before and after treatment. Additionally, 16S rRNA sequencing data was carried out on fecal and blood samples from mouse, with the data from the control and experimental groups collected before, during, and after gavage also uploaded.
