A multiperspective model in the practical use – “the integrative, multiperspective ‘dynamic systems approach to supervision’” from Petzold and others.

Die Arbeit strukturiert das im Titel benannte Modell übersichtlich und erklärt die komplexen Zusammenhänge des Supervisionsgeschehens im Sinne des Integrativen Ansatzes. Mithilfe eines konkreten Supervisionsbeispiels wird zudem eine verständnisunterstützende Verknüpfung zwischen Theorie und Praxis hergestellt.Anhand der systematischen Erklärung der verschiedenen Faktoren des Modells und der Übertragung in die Praxis, entsteht ein lebendiges Bild der Mehrperspektivität, Intersubjektivität, des Mehrebenensystems , der Prozessdynamik sowie von Kontext und Kontinuum im Supervisionsgeschehen. Als Fazit der Arbeit wird deutlich, welchen Herausforderungen sich die Supervisorin beispielsweise im Bereich von affilialer Kompetenz und Performanz zu stellen hat. Gleichwohl wird die besondere Bedeutung der Prozessdimension und der Metareflexion thematisiert. The paper structures the subject model clearly and explains the complex contexts of the supervision events by the integrative approach. A connection between practice and theory is being established by using a practical example (for a better support of understanding). By having a systematic explanation of the different factors of the model and the transmission into practice one has a vivid idea of multiperspectivity, intersubjectivity, the multi-level-system, the process dynamics as well as the “context and continuum“ of the supervision practice. As conclusion of the paper it becomes obvious what challenges the supervisor faces in areas such as the affiliate competence and performance.
