METHODOLOGY FOR EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS IN PRIMARY GRADES

the article covers the methodological foundations of effective organization of physical education classes in primary grades. In the modern educational process, the physical development of students, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the development of movement skills and competencies are important tasks. The article analyzes the methods of planning physical education classes, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, taking into account age characteristics, and organizing classes based on game technologies. Also, factors and methodological recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the lesson are described. The results of the study serve to improve the process of physical education in the primary education system.
