Data from the case file study for an act under article 178a § 1 of the Polish Criminal Code

<p><span style="color:rgb( 52 , 58 , 64 )">The data present the results of file investigations conducted in 6 courts - District Court: in Jarocin, in Pleszew, in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Grunwald and Jeżyce in Poznań, Stare Miasto in Poznań, Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, in cases of an offence under Article 178a § 1 of the Criminal Code. The research was aimed at investigating the correlation between the circumstances of the case and the extent of punishment and penal measures.</span></p>
