Transcriptomic analysis of LMP1 TES domain single or double mutant in EBV-negative Akata Burkitt Lymphoma Cells

RNA-seq was used to characterize the LMP1 TES domain-mediated regulation of B-cell genome wide target genes. We created an inducible stable EBV-negative Akata Burkitt Lymphoma cell line expressing LMP1 wildtype, TES1 functional only, TES2 functional only and TES1/2 non-functional. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data EBV-negative Akata Burkitt Lymphoma Cells upon expression of LMP1 wildtype, TES1 only, TES2 only and loss of function of both TES domains. Uninduced cell lines (with the respective transgenes) were used as control.
