Transcriptome framework of root regeneration in poplar (84K) cuttings. Populus alba x Populus glandulosa

To gain an overview of adventitious root regeneration in poplar microcuttings, we performed the time-lapse RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis using the wounded region of the stem from the hybrid poplar 84K (Populus alba x Populus glandulosa) cultured on half-strength Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with 2% sucrose at time 0 (t0), 1 day, 2 days, and 4 days after cutting.
