Numerical data, parameter definitions, screening outputs and executable code supporting the manuscript “Constrained transfer-function screening of a multi-zone near-foundation system for seismic input-motion mitigation”. Version 1.1.0 extends the reproducibility archive with multi-seed robustness checks and bootstrap confidence intervals for the Spearman rank-sensitivity coefficients. The primary locked 5,000-sample screening run uses NumPy default_rng with seed 20260813. Four additional 5,000-sample runs are included solely to assess seed sensitivity; nominal pass rates range from 99.72% to 99.80%. The archive also contains the baseline transfer-function calculations, parameter ranges, threshold-sensitivity results, a traceable rejected configuration, and supporting benchmark and site-family tables. The materials support reduced-order linear analytical/computational screening only and do not constitute field validation, experimental validation, nonlinear site-response validation or multidimensional soil-foundation-structure validation.
