Deepen understanding of the promoting effect of biochar addition on the erythritol production

In a previous study, we found that addtion of biochar was able to increase the syntheis of erythritol, but the underlying mechanism was unclear. In this study, we tried to explain the underlying mechanims responsbile for this.
