千吨级煤气化装置超细粉气化试验运行数据库

本课题主要指标在华能天津煤气化发电公司气化装置上进行试验检测。电厂需要在机组运行期间，将整体煤气化联合机组气化单元制粉系统煤粉磨制粒径小于40μm，进行气化装置试验。试验工艺条件为：运行压力约为3.0MPa；气化装置试验在负荷＞80%稳定运行72小时以上时段；每2～5小时进行数据采集并取煤飞灰、渣样品，进行第三方检测鉴定。

The key indicators of this study were tested on the gasification unit of Huaneng Tianjin Coal Gasification Power Plant. During the operation of the unit, the pulverized coal from the milling system of the gasification unit of the integrated coal gasification combined cycle (IGCC) unit was required to be ground to a particle size smaller than 40 μm for the gasification unit tests. The test process conditions were as follows: the operating pressure was approximately 3.0 MPa; the gasification unit tests were conducted during a period when the unit operated stably at a load exceeding 80% for more than 72 hours; data collection was performed every 2 to 5 hours, and coal fly ash and slag samples were collected for third-party testing and identification.
