资源简介:
Genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for sarcopenia and osteoporosis derived from the UK Biobank cohort. Sarcopenia was defined according to EWGSOP2 criteria using low appendicular lean mass and reduced handgrip strength, and osteoporosis was defined based on ICD-10 diagnostic codes. Genome-wide association analyses were conducted in 408,946 White British participants using SAIGE, adjusting for age, sex, body mass index, and genetic principal components. The dataset contains SNP-level association results including variant identifier, effect allele, non-effect allele, effect size (beta), and p-value.
