Special Planning Areas

This dataset shows boundaries of Provincial Special Planning Areas designated under the Housing in Halifax Regional Municipality Act. These areas were established to accelerate housing supply by granting the Minister authority over planning decisions. Boundaries are for reference only and should be confirmed with Planning and Development. Property lines should be verified through survey. Data is not survey-accurate. Metadata
