# Discrimination-Estimation Task #
This project aimed to investigate the dynamic interplay of decision-making and working memory. A sequential discrimination-estimation task (DET) was developed to probe decision-making and working memory. For details, please refer to https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuron.2025.07.003.
## BIDS dataset ##
Data were converted from DICOM source files using dcm2niix. Scans were divided into the main task (`DET`), retinotopy-mapping task (`Retino`), and resting scan (`Resting`). Stimuli information and behavioral responses for the main task are contained in `events.tsv` files.
## Derivatives
Currently, `derivatives` contain the outputs of the fMRIprep 20.2.0 with the field map-free distortion correction option (`–use-syn-sdc`). `freesurfer` directory under each participant contains the Freesurfer reconstructions from the fMRIprep preprocessing stream.
