Larvae fish feeding simulation suction estimations from Larval fish counteract ram and suction to capture evasive prey

MATLAB code for estimating the suction strength needed to mimic a fish and copepod point locations in a capture video. Takes in inputs for nx1 vectors for copepod placement and fish acceleration value. Baseline parameters of the fish can be edited within code.
