Breast Carcinoma–Associated Fibroblasts Transcriptome. CAF RNAseq data

This study was designed to characterize human carcinoma associated fibroblasts (CAFs) from different metastatic sites and to compare them to CAFs from primary breast cancer and from normal breast tissue. In total we performed RNAseq analysis on 8 breast metastatic CAFs (3 from liver, 2 from skin, 2 from bone and 1 from lung metastases), 6 CAFs from primary breast cancers and 2 normal fibroblasts obtained from reduction mammoplasties.
