T cell phenotypes are determinants of outcome in pulmonary arterial hypertension and their alteration by parenteral prostacyclins improves outcomes

Single-cell RNA-sequencing was performed of 5 pulmonary hypertension lungs removed at the time of lung transplant surgery. 10X Genomics 5' scRNA-seq of fresh single-cell suspensions from PH lungs (n=5) removed at the time of lung transplant. Expression profiles were compared to declined donor controls (from GSE135893 and GSE227136)
