FGFRs regulate PCa development and progression, but the role of the recently found FGFR-like 1 (FGFRL1, FGFR5) remains unclear. The data consists of gene expression profiles of FGF13 and FGFRL1 knock-down PC3M prostate cancer cells compared to control cells. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed from two replicate samples of two different PC3M control clones (transfected with scrambled sh-RNA, sh5 and sh8), two replicate samples of three FGF13 knock-down PC3M clones (sh9, sh19, sh21) and two biological replicates of FGFRL1 knock-down PC3M cell clone (sh11). The RNA samples were harvested from actively proliferating cells cultured in the presence of 10% iFBS.
