High-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) of mouse liver tumor and adjacent non-tumorous tissues from Arid1a liver-specific knockout mice (Arid1a LKO). The samples were induced with aristolochic acid I (3 times at a concentration of 5mg/kg since 14 days old, numbered "SH", 8-mouths-old mice), used to compare changes in gene expression during the progression of tumorigenesis. The libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq platform and 150 bp paired-end reads were generated by Novogene.
