Modulation of gene expression in cow blood

Blood samples were collected from three cows from the NC Agricultural and Technical State University farm. The blood samples were treated with G0 (control), G1, G3, G4, and G9. The RNA was then extracted and sequenced using RNA-Seq. The sequence reads of FASTQ files were aligned to the cow whole reference genome and transcriptome. The archived SRA data will include paired end FASTQ files, BAM for whole genome alignment, and BAM for whole transcriptome alignment.
