Under the background of digital transformation, the cross-institutional sharing of college students' moral education archives faces dual challenges of data silos and privacy leakage. The traditional centralized management model has risks of single point of failure, and the excessive exposure of sensitive information during archive verification has become a key bottleneck restricting the open circulation of educational data. This thesis proposes a privacy protection solution for college students' digital moral education archives that integrates cross-chain interoperability and zero-knowledge proof, aiming to achieve trusted data exchange and fine-grained privacy control among multi-campus blockchain networks. The solution constructs a hierarchical architecture centered on Hyperledger Fabric consortium chain, designs a cross-chain data sharing protocol based on improved Hash Time-Locked Contracts, and adopts BLS aggregate signatures to optimize the multi-signature verification efficiency of the relay committee. The privacy protection module introduces the Groth16 zero-knowledge proof algorithm, combined with Poseidon hash function to construct an efficient proof circuit, supporting three selective disclosure modes: full disclosure, range proof, and existence proof. Experimental results show that the system's cross-chain throughput reaches 92 TPS, an improvement of 17.9% over existing solutions; the average privacy leakage rate is reduced by 73.5%, and the anti-correlation attack success rate is only 3.7%; on-chain storage space is saved by 92.4%. Cross-institutional verification latency is shortened from tens of hours in traditional mode to 4.21 seconds, with transaction success rate maintained at 99.42%. This solution provides an effective technical path for trusted sharing and privacy protection of college student archives, and has important reference value for promoting the modernization of educational data governance.
