Electricity producing bacteria for the development of plant-microbe battery

The purpose of this project is to develop a plant-microbe battery. To find the soil with high electricity, we collected several areas of soils in Japan. We analyzed the electricity production using "Mudwatt", and then we analyzed the bacterial community structures related to high electricity production.
