This dataset contains force plate and pressure insole data associated with the study: “A novel force scaling method for ground reaction force estimation from pressure insoles to enable long-term remote monitoring” Karl E. Zelik, Katherine M. Rodzak, Meredith K. Owen, and Brian Noehren The study evaluated a force scaling method for improving estimates of vertical ground reaction force (GRF) from pressure-sensing insoles. The dataset includes synchronized force plate and pressure insole forces from locomotor and rehabilitation exercises performed by study participants. Force values are expressed in units of body weight (BW). Data are sampled at 100 Hz.
