Molecular Hydrophobicity in Early Stage Developability Assessments

This dataset provides a comprehensive characterization of 43 IgG1KO antibodies, detailing their variable light and heavy chain sequences. Key parameters measured include the calculated isoelectric point (pI), the percentage of the main peak in analytical size-exclusion chromatography (aSEC % Main), and profiles from analytical hydrophobic interaction chromatography—specifically retention time, % Main, and peak width. Additionally, the dataset includes results from a hydrophobicity slurry assay using butyl-derivatized resin across varying concentrations of ammonium sulfate (340 mM, 515 mM, and 770 mM). Normalized data values are provided, along with calculated recovery percentages based on the formula: (% Recovery = Slurry Recovery / (Normalized Concentration × 0.57)). These data offer valuable insights into the development and optimization of the hydrophobicity slurry assay.
