资源简介:
Interstitial telomere sequences (ITSs) as one of the CFSs has been demonstrated to causing genomic instability during normal DNA replication but how it affects DNA synthesis during Break-induced replication (BIR) is still unknown. Using our yeast system, we inserted an ITS sequence on the template of BIR, and observed a pre-matured BIR product, which didn't pass through the ITS position.
