Mass Spectrometry Metabolomics dataset _ Purine metabolism

Metabolite profiling dataset from cell lines related to Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), an age-onset neurodegenerative disorder. The samples were part of a larger project investigating purine metabolism. An untargeted metabolomics analysis was run as part of this project to add evidence to the hypothesis that one of the major genetic causes of ALS leads to purine metabolism dysfunction.
