Aedes albopictus breeding sites in community gardens. Community gardens

The aim of this study was to understand how human activities impact Ae. albopictus proliferation in community gardens in Lyon Metropolis, one of the largest and most populous cities in mainland France. For this purpose, we analyzed the physicochemical and microbiological composition of water by comparing water colonized or not by Ae. albopictus as well as the microbiota composition of larvae.
