Hepatic transcriptome of marine medaka following probiotic supplementation and pathogen challenge

This study presents the hepatic transcriptome of marine medaka (Oryzias melastigma) following probiotic supplementation (Cetobacterium sp.) and bacterial pathogen(Edwardsiella piscicida) challenge. The dataset aims to elucidate host transcriptional responses associated with probiotic-mediated modulation of immunity and disease resistance.
