Study Description
Evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of intravenous fluconazole in children supported with ECMO who may benefit from fluconazole prophylaxis.This is a prospective, open-label, single center, PK study of fluconazole in children <= 17.85 years of age supported with ECMO. There will be up to 36 subjects enrolled; each will receive fluconazole. The patients will be divided in 3 groups based on age: 0-30 days; 31 days-1 year; >1 year-17 years. pediatric patients supported with either venoarterial (VA) or venovenous (VV) ECMO between 0 days to less than or equal to 17.85 years of age.
