Transcriptome Sequencing of an Anellovirus-Like Synthetic Construct

This dataset comprises transcriptome sequencing of a synthetic construct engineered to produce Anellovirus-like particles in MOLT-4 cells. Sequencing was conducted as part of a longitudinal study to characterize RNA species generated by the construct. These data support a broader investigation into the functional role of ORF2/3, which was hypothesized to act as a replication initiator.
