1Anaya, Angelica, Adephagia and CrimD all belong to Subcluster K1, TM4 to Subcluster K2, and Pixie to Subcluster K3.S denotes that the genome contains a gene member of the designated phamily (pham) with an upstream SAS. E denotes ESAS's. + denotes that a phamily member is present, but there is no SAS or ESAS. − indicates that the genome does not contain a phamily member.
