Rootstock effects on scion phenotypes in a ‘Chambourcin’ experimental vineyard

This study contains 28 samples of grapevine leaf RNA-seq data from a common scion, Chambourcin, grafted and own-rooted in an experimental vineyard. Chambourcin is grafted onto 1103P, 3309C, and SO4 rootstocks. Each scion/rootstock combination was sampled for 7 replicates across two unirrigated rows in the vineyard. Additionally 7 replicates of own rooted Chambourcin were sampled across the same two rows.
